Need to replace some caps, all I can find localy are these...

I have to recap a recently failed mobo ASAP.

I see the following bulged caps:
    three 1500uF 6.3v caps
    two 1000uF 6.3v caps

Closest match I can find locally (small town) are the following:
    G-Luxon 2200uF 16v (SM series 0082) in place of the failed 1500uF
    Telecon 1000uF 25v (0807 ???) in place of failed 1000uF

I realize that G-Luxon is crap. And I've never heard of Telecon brand (and can't find their website).

I need this mobo working ASAP so I can't order online and wait around for a week. A local electronics store can only give me a quote on Wed, not even sure when they would deliver. I am planning to properly recap the mobo once I get better caps.

But would these work in the meanwhile?

I wouldn't even try it. - Especially if any of those go to CPU, RAM, or the Chipset.
The SM might just barely cut it if the board is a P3 or older but those other no-names aren't likely to be low ESR at all.
"Get working ASAP" may result in "never works again".
