Trying to find a replacement Power Cap (15000uF, 71V, 42mm Dia.)

I'm re-capping a Nikko Alpha 220 Amplifier. This unit is from 1981 it seems.

I've been able to find all the electrolytic caps needed to replace them all except for the Main Power Caps.

    They are;

    Brand: Marcon
    Size: 15,000uF
    Volts: 71V
    Diameter: 42mm
    Polarized: Yes

I can't find anything in that physical size at 80v. Only one I can find is from Mouser (http://ca.mouser.com/ProductDetail/N...fcJhWKIA%3d%3d) but it's 50mm and wont fit in the space (Metal Frame would have to be butchered and I want to avoid this)

Pic of the amp top is attached, you can see the two power caps nuzzled together.

Anyone know of an alternate place to get something? I haven't tested them. But figured that I'm going through all this to restore this unit I'd like to get all of them done.

Not a fan of going on E-Bay for this kind of stuff as you never truly know what you're going to get. I'd rather deal with a known reputable company.

There's Digikey, Allied Electronics\RS-Components, Farnell\Newark. They may have them.

But you may not *need* to replace them.

I hunted on Allied, Digikey and Mouser and I cant find anything in 15,000uF with voltages above 35V. If I specify Snap in type, I can but they are too large in diameter.

I've spent a few hours hunting and still am....

I'm starting to hope that I don't have to replace them.

I've rebuilt 5 Sansui AU-717 amps built in 1978. I used Panasonic snap in types. The ones I used are no longer available. Discontinued by Panasonic. The only one they offer now is 50mm. If I needed some now I would go with this http://www.digikey.com/product-detai...036-ND/2256637 . They are a little cheaper than the Panasonic and have basically the same dimensions. Mine had wires soldered to the pins so I just straightened the snap in pins and soldered the wires to them. About as close as I could get to original. That was 5 years ago and they still work flawlessly.

Thanks, when I search Digikey this one wasn't even an option. The original was a 4 pin as well so that'll make this a straight swap for me. I was thinking I was going to need a touch of Hot-Glue to help keep them in place due to being so large.

          Thank you
