    Lithonia LED area light

These lights are just wonderful and we have enjoyed them but last week, my renter said his would only come on if he tapped it with a stick. I replaced it and opened it, half expecting Lelon or CapXon. Very much surprised to see all Rubycon low ESR types. Now to trouble shoot it....

that usually indicates a bad/cracked/cold solder joint. try checking and reflowing the solder joints.

      low-temp hot-air rework?
Don't buy those $10 PSU "specials". They fail, and they have taken whole computers with them.

My computer doubles as a space heater.

It was the photo electric switch. Power supply was fine. Disappointingly low quality switch.
