            Those are a known bad series from them along with KZJ, we stay away from them as much as possible but all of Chemicons' other series are excellent

              are there bad series within Panasonic, Rubycon, or Nichicon? (I know about Nichicon PF, HM, and HN being bad)

                                It's in Google images cache... just copy the url, go to google images and paste the url in the search box, the first result is the page.

                                ps: i think it's some geocities hotlink prevention or something... i'm surprised geocities still exists (i know they kept it in japan and a few other countries only)
