That's Samxon ULR series, datasheet here:

270 uF 16v and they're available in three sizes

    16 270 6.3 x 11 20 mohm esr 3100ma ripple
    16 270 8 x 8 13mohm esr 4300ma ripple
    16 270 8 x 11.5 13mohm esr 5000ma ripple

That capacitor is probably 8 mm in diameter, in which case any of the ones below will work, just double check the height (if for example there's some heatsink above the capacitors):

also i noticed on my card there is different cap model then others.
i checked photo of new gtx580 and found all the caps is same model
then it must be replaced when i bought it second-hand.

to leave it or replace ? its 16v 180uF and original is 16v 270uF
        see photo (updated)

Any of the above will work just fine. Get the cheapest if you want, it won't make much of a difference.
The ones that are more expensive have a higher lifetime rating, which means they tolerate heat better (but even the cheapest would work just fine for years).

You can probably replace the 180uF 16v capacitor with 270uF 16v without any adverse effects. Picture is too small and fuzzy to tell you to leave it or replace.

It might depend on the revision or production run of the card. I'd leave it. If it works fine then you've avoided a needless repair.

Any of the ones on this page will work just fine:

Look at diameter and distance between leads and pick whatever is more convenient.
