    replaced bad caps on psu whats next

    I have an lg 37lc2d ud TV that was working some times then not. Pulled open back replaced obvious bad caps on psu with same uf and a little higher voltage ie 16v to 25v now i get 16 blinks on green power led then back light and steady green led and click sound still no picture or sound I am new to this electronic repair and would appreciate any type of info that could help me as to where I should look next? Thank You

    What were the caps you replaced, and what did you replace them with?

      It's also possible that went the PSU failed, it could have damaged some ICs.

        Its likey that the blinks are telling you the reason. If you have the service manual that will help ALOT! You might have a blown picofuse or something like that. That happened on my Hitach projection set. The flyback drew too much current, blew the picofuse and then the blink code identified the failing "section". I was then able to replace the HOT and the flyback (along with a new picofuse) to restore the set to working condition. Post on some repair forums and ask for the service manual for your set. Someone will likely share it with you. You will have to post a few times and cross your fingers. If its a Hitachi set I might be able to help you.
