    You guys ROCK. Using the information - and caps - I found here, I was able to repair not only my brother's Westinghouse L1975NW, but also my in-laws' Gateway LP2407. So thanks for making me look good.

    Next up, someone dropped a "dead" HP VS17X / EN623AS in my lap. It appears to have three bad caps, all of which are the same brand as the failed ones in the previous two monitors - CapXon. Go figure.

        Thanks for the follow-up, but this problem was solved per my previous post. It turned out to be the DAC-19M005, and the cap was a 2200uF/10V.
