    flashing led

Hi, had a dead alba 42" tv I have replaced a few parts and restored some power to the psu (vestel) 17pw26-3 but now on powering on it is solid for a few seconds and then flashes in no order or pattern. checked diodes and return good
and I am having trouble finding R8661 on the repair kit??? - up to now replaced F800 fuse Q813 Q814 Q803 three main resistors checked and replace diodes d894 and the two large ones cap c840 and r860 - just needing help where to go next.... also the small surface mounted resistors are just solder ends to pads is that correct.. thanks

just for info not sure why on the main board it has cables with a magnet/circle metal piece tied but on other pics it has been noticed that it should be a whole circle and mine is just a half circle - is this ok or has it broke off ???

Posting in wrong section might not draw a lot attention.

Post a pic, but it sound like you are talking about on of these. This is a removeable one, some or not. Needs to be a whole circle in order for it to work.
