nah the temperature is normal for that gpu. the gtx460 is a mid-high end gpu plus the stock cooler on the evga is crap if its the single fan stock cooler. lots of failed single fan evga gtx460 cards on ebay so no surprises there. btw caps dont explode for a reason. make sure your psu has sufficient wattage to power the power-hungry gtx460 and make sure its not a junk no-name brand psu!
@ChaosLegionnaire
i have a good PSU with 650W
and my GTX460 is not evga it's AZUS
"caps dont explode for a reason"
does this means that cap is the only one damaged ???
the card is working fine now
but i'm worried about a future explosion >w< !
While ChaosLegionnaire is correct that those GeForce GTX 4x0 and 5x0 cards run very hot, you should still try to keep yours as cool as possible. Try using a program like RivaTuner or MSI Afterburner to turn up the GPU's fans, especially when playing games (might want to put the fan at 100% on very demanding games).

Yes, probably. When polymer caps go bad, they typically go just like you saw. So no need to worry now that you replaced that cap. If there are anymore to go, they will go, and there's nothing you can do about it. Just use it and see. Most likely, the rest of the caps will be fine.
i did a hardware mod (i add another fan ^w^ !)
it get 30C when watching videos and 50C when playing games
i think that's okey (i will try the software you listed)
thank you for everything !
