The fault with this is that the 'N' Channel Mosfet in the Inverter Output circuit has gone short. My problem is that the other Output one is a 'P' Channel, and I do not know which is which ? this refers to Q205 and Q208 shown .Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Dell SE198WFP Inverter Mosfets
Can I see the back side of the board so I can see how they are hooked up? More likely to be half bridge setup which mean the Source of the P-CH will be connected to the B+ and the Drain pin will be connected to the Drain pin of the N-CH, the N-CH's source will be connected to the Ground directly or through a small value resistor for currecnt sensing feedback.Never stop learning
