Got an old Motorola page out controller here. Something honking old. Came in as no workie. Without schematic or anything. So I did some probing around and found two 14 pin DIP IC's that I need an replacement for.

Got no idea what these are.I got semi lucky and found a 22F44 on a donor. Unfortunately the 22F43 is already missing. If anybody knows what these are and find a cross would be greatly appreciated! -
Got a bunch of Motorola Minitor V pagers from Fire Departments here trying to fix some out of the non working ones. These pagers are known for either no sound / audio or they don’t charge. The internet is full of suggestions like metal shavings inside the speaker?
Anyway so I took one of the Minitor’s apart for my amusement in order to see why that is and nobody can fix em.
There are no service manuals or schematics for these that I know of. However… I did find the problem!
On the main board of this unit where the speaker connects to there is a metal shield.... -

Hello morning afternoon or evening, Whenever you are viewing this post.
Phone Motorola G22 only workswell when plugged into the mains/power bank, Also, charges normal, On normal switch without mains/power bank on it just reboots the moto symbol, goes on/off in a loop.
I have not restored the handset and I'm not sure about reflashing, Also in recovery mode comes up with the Android red triangle and No command.
Can anyone, suggest what maybe the issue or issues and advise please.
