I have a Dell Latitude 5420 / ST: FC2JQF3 / GDF40 LA-K491P / Rev: 2.0 (A01) / 2020-11-16 / i5-11 model.

My client told me it ran out of battery while updating BIOS (yes, it did) and now seems more like a brick.

I have some doubts about this one:
It charges using a USB-C plug adapter and I have an asymmetric power source to see the consumption.
I don't know if I can plug it in 20V.
When plugged on 5V and when I try to raise it to 20, it turns out on 7V.
The original adapter is here with me, but It only shows a tiny white light and...

My Bios is Corrupted , It's just parttial power on , no (Run_on) supply , tried with CLR ME, and Even With New Bios Region, Same condition , with some other bios here it gets powered on but Some RGB color , Some loop restart , Some hang on Dell logo , i am attaching my origional dump if someone can help ?

I have a Dell Latitude 5420 SN: 4DRQ4M3 in store, costumer indicates that It doesn't turn on, but led light blink when power button is pressed.
We already traced that is some kind of indicator that it doesn't receive power.
USB-C only does 5V on 1 port, and other it doesn't turn on the Ampmeter.
UZ12, UI1 and UT3 present elevated temperature. Already replaced all of them.
Now the board indicates 5V on both ports, but it doesn't convert to 20V.
I would like to try another USB-C firmware if anyone could upload.

I have a Dell Latitude 5420 stuck on the Dell Security Manager message on startup, I can't do anything.
Here is my BIOS and what I assume is ME (32MB for BIOS and 1MB for ME).
If someone could remove my BIOS password for me so I can reflash it afterwards.

Bios update error , The current status is that there is a TPM error and the hard drive is not recognized. The BIOS versions on the forum either do not display anything or show the logo and then blink 3 amber and 6 white. Some BIOS versions disable the TPM error but still do not recognize the SSD. I am attaching the original BIOS and hope everyone can help....
