Philips 8200 series 65PUS8204/12 stuck at Philips Logo, it does not reboot it just stays on the logo.

It does power up when pressing the power button.

I already try the power button while plugin the plug with no result.
Also put the latest firmware autorun-TPM191E_R.001.004.100.000.upg on a MBR/FAT32 USB stick at USB port2 with no result either.

Could this be an PSU or eMMC issue ?

I place an order for three 5u rack mount enclosures and one 1u rack mount enclosure and of course I spend a little bit more money than I was planning to do but because I did get free shipping for orders over $149.00 the 1u rack mount enclosure cost more than the 5u ones did but the 1u was not on clearance sale oh well it is what it is ( just three 5u enclosure the shipping would have cost $46.00 I would rather get a 1u for almost that much and I have something to show for it otherwise I was not planning on buying this one yet I was going to wait until I had most of this project finished except...

I really do not like laptop computers because you can not get the recovery disk that you make when new and when you need to use it does not function at all or it does not complete the recovery for what ever reason

The other issue I have is that most of time you can not upgrade the memory you are lucky if can get a SSD drive to work better than a regular hard drive and if you do not have enough memory for graphics it lags when running the software for battery testing...
