Hi Need chip dumps for this model (Latitude 7310).
When I power it on, only the keyboard and power LED light up for about 3 secs before all shuts off

Hello good afternoon I would like to ask you for help colleagues since a friend tried to perform a backup of the BIOS of the dell latitude 7310 but when removing the chip it was damaged and and tried to change for another one but it only turns on without giving video.

Need help unlocking my laptop.

Found out that 7310 has exactly the same board, LA-J261P, so i replaced from the fully working 7310 the bios chip UC5 and two other winbonds UT2 and UT9 but still the same behavior.
Seems like something serious occurs here
