Could try putting 0.9v and a few amps into the coil and see what gets hot.

The fact that it posts it's already loaded bios and working, I don't think it would be it. It sounds more like ram or CPU stability issue. Have you tried 1 ram stick in each slot?

Check for 3.3v on bios chip. If you don't have that then bios won't be read by ec chip which is what controls the boot leds.

I have a Gigabyte B450 Aorus Elite Motherboard.

Originally would not power on

Reprogram EC eeprom and Bios eeprom with known good from this forum. Now error lights cycle between CPU and Dram.

I have checked for shorts on all coils and found none.
I have checked all power rail voltages and chips for pgood signal all good
Checked CPU socket and found a damage pin, managed to clean and fix it should be making good contact now but no change. Dram and CPU are known good. Dram sockets look good.
I can't see any...

I have a Zotac 1070ti, it has main voltage rails, 5v, but nothing on memory rails, mosfets have no input, possibly to do with this chip? on the other side of the board but i can't find any info about it, it has 12v in the area around it, some caps also have no voltage around it.
