it was a hardware problem. maybe some caps that i knock off accidentally. with the same display frame...

Thanks, i already look at that post.
I load the setup, disable TPM, also disabled and hide tpm. etc.
and the same error, acpi bios error.
Please help, i´m trying with windwos 10 (2015 ) and now with win 8.1 just in case.

it was woring, and i only need to change for another sata ssd.
i format and reinstall windows, and i was feeling that de "new" ssd was bad. so, chaneged for another new ssd, and clear the TPM... and after clear the TPM... i´m having an acpi bios error and blue screen
when booting the windows usb.
i changed the ram, update the bios with hp recovery bios usb. and the same error.

I read your posts and the instructions on how to remove the password, and I did it... it's working. I was able to install Windows, etc. But now, every time it starts, the following error appears:
HP Endpoint Security Controller problem.
Attached are the BIOS and EC that I unlocked.
And maybe you can tell me a post to read and learn how to clean it
