It's a display problem, those are Panda displays and they are rubbish, don't waste your time on it

Never seen a bad capactior on Sony PSU. If your tv is resetting I would try replacing main board, not PSU.

99% a bad/shorted panel. Do a tape fix

FFS I have replaced whole lot of this panels, look at the first picture and at lower right corner of LCD - pure LCD problem!...

Oh yeah it's a Panda panel, trashed more than 1000 of them, don't waste your time...

This is a screen fault. Screen manufracturer is Panda and they die alot. Woudn't recommend wasting your time on it
