Tv i-joy

Hello, we have a tv i-joy without sound.
The board is this HK-T-SP7050V48
The ic of audio is tda 1517P.
I have checked the tension input is ok on that ic, but it hasnt audio signal on input.

Which is the next step to check?

Have you tried checking sound using the headphone output if there's one. What is the voltage you have on pin 7 and pin 8 of the TDA1517P

So you have no sound at all, not thru hdmi or regular over the air tv?

Hello.
I´m here again.
In Spain are time hard with the pandemic
Talking about the tv
If i plug a source on hdmi its works
And the voltage on that pins:
11,6v
11,7v

You have sound using HDMI input but no sound using what other input(s)

With the ant input its not sound but with the hdmi yes.
