thank you all, I figured it out finally, the IC801 aka MAP3516 was the bad guy, I checked all components near it and everything was fine, the fact that the dimmer side responded laggy when adjusting the brightness from settings made me suspicious about this ic so I have changed it and now it works flawless. -
thanks I will check c205 and c206, they are in parallel on both LED+ however c801 and c802 are on the LED- left and right that I suspected bad, I have replaced them but problem is still there....Leave a comment:

sorry to bump an old thread, I have the exact same problem, did someone fixed this?
The left side is darker than the right side, new led strips installed but the problem is the same, the supply outputs 154v on left and 162v on right, I have reversed left with right wires and the problem moved to right side so clearly the power board has something to do with it....Leave a comment:
