My name is Johan, and I’m interested in two things: computers and parakeets.
I enjoy working with computer hardware, especially motherboards. I’m currently looking for schematics
and .brd files of various boards to better understand their design and function.

Besides that, I also keep parakeets at home — a nice balance to all the technical stuff behind the computer!

Hello everyone thanks for having me. a little about myself I love technology I love the latest advancements being made in the technology industry. It’s definitely and obvious the wave of the future and I’d like to be a part of that. I recall stumbling upon the Kane and Abel, project in my adolescent years and thought I was gonna become 1 of the greatest ever, 😂, well let’s just say women , $ and trying to make ends meet to support my 1st child I had at 18 and here I am; 3 kids and 28yrs later wanting back in. I have a lot to catch up on but I’ve been dabbling for a while and have great reading material to catch me up! II currently have a torn ACL and meniscus, So there’s no better time like the present to get back into the game,.I’m gonna get into a Boot Camp so I can get a few certifications under my belt while I recover and try and work from home and do the work that i once enjoyed, I’m getting to old to keep trading my time for money with hard labor jobs.

I hope to meet some great people here.while looking for Lenovo T580 custom FW, mods and threads Thanks for having me.

Hi everyone, my name is Sand Enthusiast!

I'm currently working as a field technician doing all sorts of IT stuff. I got into computers by watching LGR. Retro PC repair/computing history were my gateway into this hobby. I'm here to share what I know and hopefully get some help myself.

I love old computers especially, the older the better. I'm only in my 20s so I learn about a lot of computer history vicariously rather than having experienced it as some of you no doubt have. I think were blessed in this hobby to be able to still talk to/have living computing pioneers who went from working on stuff in the 70s all the way till now. One of my teachers was like that and he was a great one.

I like ThinkPads, IBM PCs, and just general office PCs/accessories. I also love computer networking and especially old Cisco stuff from the 90s-2000s (it's what I was trained on (my school was poor lol)).
