Я инженер радиоэлектроник, на пенсии, мне 76 лет. Время от времени ремонтирую друзьям и знакомым различную электронную технику. Вот и сейчас у меня в ремонте Ninja Creami NC501h. Сгорели некоторые микросхемы в устройстве так какк оно расчитанно на питание от сети 120 Вольт, а включили в сеть 220 Вольт. Выгорела так же часть дорожек платы. У микросхемы обозначенной как U300 отломилась та часть корпуса на которой должно быть ее наименование. U300 — корпус SOIC-8.
я выпаял эту микросхему и попытался определить к каким цепям схемы подключены ее выводы.
На 1-й ножке +5 Вольт относительно общего минуса.
На ножки 2 и 3 приходят от делителя сетевого напряжения (возможно zero-cross / фазосигнал).
Нога 4 ~10 кΩ до общей земли.
Нога 5 напрямую идёт на AC(L) (то есть «сигнал сети»).
Нога 6 уходит на ножку 14 микроконтроллера IC1 CMS80F2316.
Нога 7 и 8 не используется (NC) хотя есть разводка но резистор не был установлен.
Помоги определить микросхему.

I'm Gerry from Germany. A software developer with some soldering skills.
I like electronics and I managed to fix some devices with badcaps. ;-)

Sometimes it is a bit harder. I try to remember all stuff from Electronics Repair School, because it is a good edutainment.
And it is really important to share repair knowledge nowadays, because it gets harder and harder to get repair information from the producers.

I hope to get some help and maybe I can help others.
