I have more experience designing circuits than repairing them, but I took on this hobby to improve my skills! I have experience soldering and I'm trying my hand at micro-soldering as well. It is great to find a thriving community to join!
I'm looking forward to helping and interacting with everyone.
Just joined and wanted to introduce myself. I've been messing around with electronics since I was a kid - you know, the usual story of taking everything apart and sometimes getting it back together.
I'm a software engineer now, but I still love working with hardware in my spare time. I've worked on some IoT projects and I'm pretty interested in embedded software too. Done plenty of amateur repairs over the years, but I know there's a lot more to learn, especially about caps and proper diagnosis techniques.
Looking forward to learning from you all and sharing what I can. Seems like a great community here!

Hello. I just had a laptop fail and knew this was the perfect opportunity to begin my journey of learning how to repair electronics, which is something I have always been interested in. All guidance is very much appreciated so I can learn and provide the same for others in the future.
