32d3453db smart features no longer working, logs onto router but then get message "there is an error on page no response from server", can't find any software update or download
Would I be right in thinking this model's smart features are no longer supported?

maybe try a factory reset.

If it is with Vestel electronics and the board is 17MB95, there are no updates. The board is very old and the smart functions no longer work.

Yep, that must be what happened, I'm surprised that they supported it for 7 or 8 years, I've seen some tvs that the apps were not working/abandoned 3 years after new.

Seems Main board is a 17MB95, so as I thought, 'Smart no longer supported'

If it is Vestel, type MENU 4725 and see what motherboard it has.
