    Panasonic Rc42129 string code?

    Hello, can anyone give me the string code for Panasonic/Vestel remolt control Rc42129M

    Thank you to anyone who Knows this as is not listed in the dictionary file after downloading software with vestel toolbox, i have tried all the one's liisted in dictionary file and all of them did not work so i have to keep changing back to my all in one remote code for the tv to work.
    Any help ia am thankful for.

      enable telnet on the TV and use dmesg Linux command to read the original RC code within TV kernel and replace it at the firmware after you enable FTP on it.

      search and read more about this its easy to learn. for example

          I was reading this post again and reason it didn't work is that this tv will not except Telnet or FTP, I checked with the model number and Vestel Toolbox FTP or Telnet will not work with this TV?

          IF you have any other way around the remote control Please let me know....

              I did change string code for the button on the back of the TV so I can safely try different codes and not make TV blind, whiiwhich is what I have been trying to do but I just can't find the correct code for the RC42129(M) ?

                  I recently got my hands on a 60" Panasonic P60ZT60 plasma tv (european model) that has some strange issues along with an 8 blink code.
                  It know this tv is getting old but it was once considered one of the best plasmas ever made, and i think it is still holds on to that even by todays standards.


                  So, long story short. When i first got the tv it had a very bright washed out picture with very raised blacks in all picture modes and i couldn't find the cause in the picture setting menus.

                  I aquired this Panasonic 60" plasma around the time my first child was born. It was meant to be a project tv, hoping to fix it chipping away at the repair in my free time. Well that was 2 years ago and i'm really just getting around to making a sincere effort to see if I can ressurect this beast.



                  The symptoms of the tv ar as follows:
                  • Plug AC in to back of TV
                  • After about 2 seconds the relay on the P-sub board will click on and then a fraction of a second later it clicks back off
                  • The 3 blink code is given by the power LED

                  The TV was stuck on the logo and I couldn't access the update menu.
                  I couldn't find the firmware for the Hitachi 32HAE2351 and updated it with the Toshiba 32WA2063DG - Vestel 17MB171 firmware.
                  The image result was good, but the image is inverted.
                  The image rotation/mirror function doesn't exist in the Menu Server. I can't correct the image.
