Sansui 32" LCD TV Model SV-3208LCD bad color

Hi Guys, i have this set that seems to show the colors all wrong. This is not a solarized image but just seems to light up the wrong colors in a horizontal sense. I have added some still images so that you can see. I have a pattern generator so i set it up for you to see the following picture.
1. Red raster
2. Blue Raster
3. Green Raster
4. Checkered blocks
5. Color bars

As you can see the screen updates fine its just a color jumbled image with the first top inch being perfect.

The question is, is it TCON or panel fault?

Have you been in service menu and checked format and resolution settings?

maybe worth trying a replacement tcon if you can get one. atleast it would rule it out if it does not fix the issue.

Nope, its not the entire screen doing this but rather 90% of it. The other 10% is perfect always. The first inch on top is fine, check the photo's.

I have no scrap TCON for this model. And ordering one i would have to wait 3 months to find out. That's why i was asking if anyone has knowledge on such kind of a fault so that i can proceed.
