he took thick wire and connect the +24V from boards to boards to reduce the load on the socket

The connector becomes very hot, more than 60 celcius, I had to pass a wire to remove the heat stress on the connector

thank you for yours nice PM.. and thanks for following up..
the common failure even professional repair persons fail with... when they ignore any socket warm up or cable too or at least color change. any of those material if there shape / color change mean the Resistances has being changed or leak accuse. and this was yours case.

human Temp 37.6° more or less for good health comparing to ... cable drives OLED cells after 10 minuets you recorded just 37° degree. this is a record better than Chinese design 1000000%

I solder a new connector on the inverter board, the new one is a bit too big but after removing some pins to let only the 15 required, it fit well.
I remove the connector on the T-CON board.
I get a 24 wires cable from an old LG TV I had, exactly the same wires 24AWG, 105C, 300V.
I solder the wires on the T-CON board.
When checking the old cable wires, I discover that three 24V wires where cut. That means, 5 wires over 8 left for the global 24V power.
I made a test with a video on HDMI1 and all is working well. I checked the temperature of wires and after 10 minutes, they are warm (about 30 degres) and the main T-CON component about 50degre without the metalic plate.

So you were right to start by make me change all that burned stuff and now I wonder:
1- the failure is over and due to too small wires so it will happen again in 3 years.
2- there is still a component which want to die but slowly.

    What do you think ?

The service manual is a 26MB pdf file and 19MB is the maximum allowed.
Is there another way to upload it otherwise I split it in 2.

OK I will solder wires directly from EVDD inverter board to T-CON board tomorrow to get good connections. I will go back to sockets later.

the 12V are VIN. so next time please called it so. the t_CON had EVSS to montore EVDD 24.V and VIN 12V via VIN - & EVDD - so now you need to jumper direct from EVDD inverter boards EVDD + and EVDD - to the T-CON EVDD socket. notice use neu cable strong enough.. dont use any of the burned socket before.

I removed the burned connector and plug the board again.
I plug video and audio on HDMI1, switch on the TV but no sound.
The 12V(SVDD) is switch off after 1 sec, even if I push the standby button.

Hi everyone, I have a Panasonic OLED TV model 55EZ950E, as soon as I turn it on I don't have any image the LED goes from green to red LED blinking every 4 sec, I found the service manual suggests checking OLED PANEL, PB BOARD, T-CON connectors but it seems like everything ok, I didn't find any burns under the pb board
I attach a link to download the service manual, thank you for anyone who can help me

    Panasonic OLED TX-65GZ950E no image
    by JSBJSB
    Hello everyone,

so I have this problem with this OLED that had a LED blinking issue at first.
It was blinking twice so it means according to similar service manuals (I cannot find the proper one) EVDD 24V SOS, Panel or TCON Fault.
Also, the connector from PSU to TCON which supplies 24V was burned (changed it) and saw threads about this topic but didn't relate completely to mine.

First thing was to tape the signal ERRORDETECTION so it would try to initialize. And it didn't so I unplugged the panel from TCON.
Then it started up and went to green light...
