Samsung UE55MU6400U No backlights when LVDS connected

Hi,

This set had a shorted Main board. I have ordered a brand new one from agent.
ORIGINAL BN94-11955N received equivalent Bn94-12401N
screen CY-KK055HGLV2H
UE55MU6400UXZT ver:01

Noted so far:
1. With new board led is off and flickers with any remote button however does not go to standby (continuous red). No baclihght
2. If I remove the supply to main board lead backlights work fine.
3. If I remove both LVDS connectors the standby LED responds fine with remote however backlights not lit.
4. Changed power supply and same issue

5?? This has no TCON so only the screen remains
I would like to ask on THIS specific model if it is normal for Backlights not to switch ON with LVDS disconnected

Update: RESOLVED!

So the new board was returned to agent as probably defective.

Some important info for anyone working on this model:
Found a working board for my TV:
ORIGINAL BN94-11955N
screen CY-KK055HGLV2H

Screen: CY-WK049HGLV1H

IMPORTANT - The original Wifi module will not work. Used the BN59-01174D from UE60KU6000KXZT and all works fine
