RCA RTRU5540-D noise on right side of the panel

Got a TV with strange problem.
There is noise on the panel right side, sometimes blocky as in the picture, sometimes all over the place like lots of bad pixels. On a black image it's like night sky with stars.
It feels to me like poor signal integrity.
So far tried another T-Con and it was the same.
Reseating connectors, applying heat, touching and flexing didn't reveal any clues.
It seems like panel issue, but I'd like to hear other opinions especially if something similar was seen before.

LG 49UJ6500 LCD panel lighter band that goes away
    by howardc64
49UJ6500 LCD panel has a lighter band on top when first powered on. Goes away (or gets much fainter) after TV on for a few min. After powered off for awhile and power back on, same band appears. If powered on immediately after powering off, no or much fainter band. Running the latest firmware.

Disassembled the TV and lifted the LCD panel during testing. Band is on the LCD panel (can see the band on the panel as I lift it slightly) Backlight is perfectly even at the top edge. Double checked LCD panel alignment in the frame and is perfect but since band moved with the panel, its on...

    QN55Q60R Service Menu Panel Help
    by Storyteller12
I had a the above tv qn55q60r that had a bad panel but everything else good. I had another panel here from un55nu6900 with bad leds and melted diffusers.

I put the nu6900 panel in and powered it up and it does work but there are lines vertical lines.

I was trying to change the panel type in the service menu but don’t see my exact panel. Anyway to fix this or someone have similar experience.

the clear picture is the panel type from the service menus on the nu6900. The other 1 is the panel type that was set for the q60r with the bad panel....

Panasonic 55DX600u second fault - panel brightness pulsing on right side
    by fixxy88
After getting the backlights up and running a second fault has emerged on this TV. I was going accept defeat and move on but thought I'd have a quick look at it in case it was something simple. The right side of the display exhibits a panel brightness (not backlight brightness) pulse every 2-3 seconds in a stable timing.

I poked about on the TCON test points and found one voltage that is fluctuating in the same pattern. VGH-ODD (Pin 47 of U10) is sitting at ~-6.5v then goes up to ~28v when the brightness pulses then goes back down to ~-6.5v again in a repeating pattern.

43UM7100PLB, no picture but have half picture when i disconnect 1 side of panel
    by sigmeyer
Like the title says , this is a very interesting problem , never experienced this before so i thought i'd share and maybe get some help on this. So the problem is as such: TV comes on , some gibberish flashes on screen and the screen remains black , the owner of tv said he heard sound. Now i checked some things cleaned all connections first of all so i dont run in a circle. Then i disconnected one of the cables for the panel , and viola, the left side of screen comes on, then i tried to switch it , with left side disconnected and right connected. Same problem persists. I checked some voltages...

Removing electrical noise introduced by fan
    by tony359
    Hi all,

I am working on a sound processor, it tends to overheat so I fitted a fan inside. The fan is connected to the +15V of the PSU via a DC-DC converter based on the LM2596 to reduce the voltage to around 10.5V.

Unfortunately the analogue circuitry is picking up the noise from the fan in two ways:
    1. The fan is close to the analogue section, the motor itself gets into the outputs so I'll have to move it somewhere else
    2. Even with the fan running outside of the case, there is still some noise which is clearly going back to the processor via power line....
