LG 55LM8600 screen goes blank/ black

Hi,

I have this 3D TV (LG 55LM8600) which works fine most of the time however screen goes dark/blank after 5-10 minutes. There is no pattern for time it could happen any time but start displaying normally after switching off and on. Some time picture just disappears and starts showing some colored lines as in photo.
Any pointers what could be wrong?

After heating the IC 100 on t-con board with the heat gun I see the same issue is reproduced. I did same thing with the IC's on the main board however I didn't loose the image on the screen however as soon as I put some heat on IC 100 on t-con it looses the image. So looks like issue with the t-con board. How can it be fixed?

I know that would work but just wanted to dig into the t-con to see what's actually causing it. I believe dues to some issue on t-con IC 100 is getting hot and image on the screen disappears however I wanted to know whats the exact issue. I have similar 47" model which has exact same issue. I kept it on rack for few days and it worked again for 5 months but again ran into same issue.

What should be temperature for reflow and can it be done with hot air gun?

Unleaded solder melts at 225c. I also heat from bottom. I never tried reflow. I reball so I know it will last.
