Hi, I have this TV Toshiba 49L621U that has the parental lock activated and I don't have the pin code, someone knows how to remove it, I have the original control, I have already tried pressing the "INFO" button four times, the control does not have the button. "RECALL". In advance thanks for the help.

Maybe one of these methods will work for youok, try this process -- it is for toshiba sets, but may not cover yours, and you also must do this with the original remote that came with the TV:
1. press menu
2. press < or > to highlight setup menu
3. press up or down arrow to highlight V-chip control
4. press < or > to go to the PIN code entering screen
when the PIN code entry screen is displayed, press RECALL 4 times within 5 seconds - A BLOCKING IS RESET SCREEN WILL APPEAR.
use the channel numbers to enter a new pin code
press exit to resume viewing
As far as the black block in the screen is concerned - make sure you go into the menu settings and verify that the closed Caption or CC setting is set to OFF.

i bought a use console from ebay fixed it and it has parental lock. seller wasn´t helpful and nintendo either cause they don´t support used devices as they told me per mail. thanks for the bad support here in germany. was totally upset as i read the answer to my mail from 1 week ago.... there was no other way to get rid of that code rather than modding the console cause i didn´t even had the device id as it´s a patched V1 and for getting masterkey on salthax there is the need to type in the device id which was unknown in this case... i did a mistake. after the repair i entered my wlan and... -

I'm working on this TV which was stuck on a flashing green/red light with no picture. Everything seemed to point to a motherboard issue, so I changed that out with a new motherboard.
The TV worked perfectly well for 30mins to 1hr at which point the picture went again.
UART dump shows these two lines:
[IsOLEDPanelLocked] : gPanelLocked = 0x3 !!!
[read_dbtable]OLED PANEL LOCK, not to init panel .!! !!!
UART dump from when the TV was working was:
[IsOLEDPanelLocked] : gPanelLocked = 0xFF !!!

Hi everyone!
I have a 2018 MacBook Pro (with Sequoia OS) that I've been using for years with no problem. I recently received an M2 MacBook Pro so I'm mostly using it and not the 2018 one, but since a friend of mine needs a computer, I thought I could restore my 2018 and give it brand-new-like to my friend.
