Can someone help me identify the diode shown in the image.

Marking is E7 (first line) and Ed (second line). Case excluding terminals is 2.8 x 3.5 x 2.0mm (H)

I can't find it in any of the SMD marking databases.

I'm working on this TV which was stuck on a flashing green/red light with no picture. Everything seemed to point to a motherboard issue, so I changed that out with a new motherboard.

The TV worked perfectly well for 30mins to 1hr at which point the picture went again.

UART dump shows these two lines:

[IsOLEDPanelLocked] : gPanelLocked = 0x3 !!!
[read_dbtable]OLED PANEL LOCK, not to init panel .!! !!!

UART dump from when the TV was working was:

[IsOLEDPanelLocked] : gPanelLocked = 0xFF !!!

Hi,

I have a flashing green/red light on this model which then goes to fixed red. No display whatsoever. Voltages at the power supply look OK, so I'm guessing it is a motherboard/firmware issue.

I've downloaded the firmware for the model and serial number which contains three files:

mb130_en_bin.gz
mb130_PM51_connected.bin
mb130_RomBoot.bin
usb_auto_update_g10.txt

Looking at the script file, it look like it wants mb130_en_bin.bin, which is inside the .gz, so I'm guessing I need to extract that before trying to flash?...

Hello all, I've been an electronics enthusiast for many years but never really learnt how to diagnose and repair stuff. I came across some really interesting threads here, so I thought I'll join to learn more.
