LC-32LE185M no led indicator

Hi all
I have two sharp 32" tv LC-32LE185M with same problem after surge current , no power led "red" or "green"

I checked tv power supply it's supply 12 volt without problem, I checked power converter in main board , 5.0 and 1.2 and 3.3 volts is ok



I flashed Eeprom without new , i cant find service manual or schematic

any tips for solving problem?

the output of power supply only 12volt

all converters in main board

Where do the cables on the two connectors go?

IR sensor , speakers



i connect usb to serial to service port , i got his MHDHg3e2u▒▒▒▒y▒▒▒

repeatly on port speed 115200

It could be BAUD Rate issue for garbage output. Try different speed and check (usually default 9600).

i used all baud rates
