Sharp Aquos LC-37P55E no power

Hi, im newbie in tv repair but able on pc and phone i have issue on this tv model
Sharp Aquos LC-37P55E with dont sign to life.
When put cable e try to start after click button on, get one click noise and red led for 1 second and disappear. If try to restart unplug and plug push on button but no click noise and red led.Only if try after hours get click noise and red led for 1 second.
Any help appreciate in newbie in this sector

What voltages do you have at the P701 connector Pins 1 to 23 and also P702, P703 and P704

Post some high resolution photos of your power supply board.
