I followed this guide and the check points matched the reference in the guide. What could burn a card like this?

Is there a way to test the A board and P board by isolating them? I would like to know for sure.

Have you checked the upper and lower buffer boards for shorts? It’s very common for a shorted buffer board to cause the sc board to fail right away. Before installing another sc board you will need to check the buffers and the tv should be tested with buffers removed removed and sc50 on the sc board jumpered

Board SS also short now. What is happening ? What problems could the board SS and SC burn twice?

Doing the test for the A board chart indicated to disconnect the A1 connector and turn on the television. Which would indicate if the A board is good or not. The television turned on for 3 seconds and a big bang is heard. no more blinks display. However, the pin # 1 of the SC Board is short circuit. The board was brand new. grrrrr. Is this the pannel?

I did some tests on the P board. I disconnected all the board wires and at pin # 1 of the P6 connector the resistance stabilized at 7.5 kohms. Is it considered a short circuit?

Finally replace the SS board. 4 blinks disappeared but 10 blinks appeared. Don't know what to do now! Discouraging!

Ok but when I unplug the SS bord that remove the short on the P15V On the P board. 🤔

What I need to know before order the SS board ? Are there several versions? Which number on the board is important? Thank you again for your help.

Hello everyone, so here I changed my SC board. but still the same problem. However, this time the power supply's power off click is slightly longer to come. I still have the same 10 blinks when the TV is plugged. When I turn on the TV, immediately after the first clicks, the TV turns on without any code, but after 10 seconds goes off with the code 10 blinks. Could you help me with that? Thank you

Panasonic TC-P55ST50 8 blinks then no blinks
    by Andre Gilbert
Hello! yes I know there is already lots of information about this issue. I have a Panasonic TC-P55ST50 that originally displayed an 8-blink error code. Following the troubleshooting flowchart, I ended up replacing the SS board. However, even after replacing it, the issue persists. The TV turns on and stays on without displaying an image, and continuity is confirmed on all connectors. What am I missing here🤔?
Ok Im a mechanical engineer ...but I thought I was able to follow a rather simple flowchart for electric troubleshooting 😂.

    Panasonic plasma TX-P42ST50 - 6 blinks
    by jm1234
    Hi,
anyone able to provide the service manual for old plasma Panasonic TX-P42ST50E?
It turns off almost immediately (0~5 seconds after pressing the on/off button) and starts flashing the red diode 6 times.
I disconnected the left-hand side board (SC?, both the ribbon cable and the power cable to it) and also another ribbon going to bottom left board. Then the led signal is 8 flashes. According to service guide to another Panasonic plasma it would mean the left-hand side board is faulty. But I'm not sure it 100% applies to my model.
I checked that board for any obvious faults...

Panasonic TC-P42S60 Plasma, how to check Vsus
    by Buzztv
    Hi,
This is my first post in attempting to keep my beloved 2013 Panasonic plasma tv going.
About 6 weeks ago the tv was turned on but then immediately shut off. There was no recent power surge or popping noise or any other symptom.
I checked all of the obvious things and decided to try a replacement power supply board (PSS in Panasonic lingo).
I would like to check the Vsus but this is one of the final models and at that point Panasonic did not indicate the Vsus and Vad voltages inside the chassis. It looks like they were discouraging people from making adjustments....

Panasonic Plasma TH-50PZ85U No screen No blinks on red power light
    by Alicat
    Hello,

Stopped by this site trying to fix my parents Panasonic Plasma TV.

    Model number is TH-50PZ85U

Power comes on and the red power light stays on solid.

Did a few checks like hold the power button on for 60 seconds, hold the - Volume while holding the menu button, no luck, still@ blank grey screen as the screen lights up very vague.

I also hear a few clicks.

I also think my parents said there was a thunderstorm and the TV failed after that.

Section 6 in the service manual talks about power and no screen,...

Looking for assistance troubleshooting a Panasonic TC-P65ZT60 with 3 LED Fast Blinks
    by CrewmanRedShirt
    Hello all,
As the title states, I followed the troubleshooting guide located here: https://www.manualslib.com/manual/23...page=53#manual, which concluded the 'A' board needs to be replaced. Looking around the net and eBay, I see that there are repair services for the board (TNPH1043UE? Not sure if it is a 'UE' as the suffix grid does not appear marked). What additional troubleshooting can be performed to ensure 1) this board is the problem and 2) since there are repair services, what are they fixing on the board?) I expected 3.3V not to be available anywhere...
