Bang & olufsen tv beovision 7- 40

Hi all just wondering has anybody has had any any experience with said tv. My issue is the tv is fine but has a main speaker issue. When you turn tv on speaker comes off standby but no sound. Has any had similar issue it's a beovision 7 - 40. Cheers all

how did you test this speaker issue? Did you try different sources, cable, inputs etc? Checked the headphone jack if it has one?

Hi I took speaker round a friends who has similar set. No sound. I have seen a couple of times speaker on eBay with what sounds like a similar issue. I have replace the power link cable to speaker. I have tried head phone jack this has no sound output either, but I'm under the impression the sound out head phone socket only works when speaker is connected.
