And I assume since the pads were all ripped off when the jack broke off the board, my only option is to trace the connections to the nearest component, correct? Looks like everything is surface mount on this board...

if you use some fine wire (20 gage or so), you may get lucky just trying to solder to the track where the pads are gone... in your picture, you can see a slight bit of copper showing on each pad area. If you have a small resistor (1/4 watt) with its wires still uncut in your "supplies", use a piece of that wire to make your "jumper".

scrape the traces to find copper .. go easy as very thin .
