    Replace C504, C505 (47µf/50v) and C506 (10µf/50v)

      Changed all the ps capacitors before posting here. Supplies are all there. The strange thing is that power led does not light up. Probably something on the motherboard. After 10 minutes the Tv responds to the remote and lights up without any problems.

        Try heating the psu and mainbord up using a hair dryer see if the tv starts up normaly the you can narrow down the area your heating to find faulty area/part

            I mean all the Electrolytics Yes.

            As for the heating I am trying not to go there for the time being. I still haven't solved the hissing sound on the power board.
