I need help here,pls someone tell me how to fix it?

BN44-00340A Samsung Power Board ,Power On 1-3 minutes Backlight is not lit Black screen with sound

What Voltages testing have you checked so far?
All the fuses are good?
Did the backlights even flash on for seconds if you look at the back of the LCD panel in a dark room when you first turn on the TV?
