Sharp LC-60EQ10U Vertical lines and only blue/red color

I started seeing scrolling horizontal lines on my Sharp LC-60EQ10U the other day, then they disappeared for a couple days. Today they came back and now it looks like I'm only seeing red/blue colors (see attached photo). I've seen a couple articles about removing tabs (??) and I'm not sure if this applies to my situation (I'm not very technical). I did take the back panel off to check for loose cables but everything looked good. Any ideas if this tv can be saved or should I replace it?

I forgot to mention I'm seeing this issue across all 4 HDMI ports. I'm also seeing the scrolling horizontal lines on the Sharp logo on startup.

I would say not a panel or tab problem. More likely t-con or main board.
