      This is the schematic of how SLC2012M is used in Samsung TV. i M NOT 100% sure how accurate the SCH is.

          SCH = Schematic
          I found that a while back while searching for the 'SLC2012M schematic'.

              pretty much a definitive test showing that your PSU and Backlights are fine. your problem is most likely on the mainboard. try with mainboard connected, but TCON disconnected
              also i hate to admit it, but i bit the bullet and bought a new PSU which fixed my problems. i wouldnt have done it but it was only like 25$
              i still want to fix the original PSU. i still have the tv, and am not going to sell it because i dont quite trust my backlight repair job, and during all that, i put a lot of smudges on the plastic sheets behind the panel, and you can see scratches, and spots of differing color, etc
              maybe one day ill take it apart and replace all those screens, and use the good PSU to help diagnose the bad one...

                with the psu and main connected to each other i unplugged the tcon and powered on tv, backlight stays on for 3-4 minutes then goes out, realizing i never left tv on that long when i tried backlights plugged in to psu only i went back and tried that and left pluged in for 10 mins or so and backlight stayed on the whole time, i assume this means that the problem is in the mainboard and not the tcon or psu

                  99% sure you've narrowed it to the mainboard. just to confirm what does the tv do when all boards are connected normally?

                    runs for hr or so then starts to randomly reboot, pretty much same thing yours was doing

                      yes but in my case, it was the PSU that was at fault... try run with just psu and backlights for an hour just to be sure it doesnt start cycling
