I have a Toshiba Regza 42HL196 that would power on for about 15 seconds and then turn itself off. Once off the BLUE light would flash slowly. I could turn it on again but it would only stay on for about 15 seconds then turn off again. I replaced q880 strw6765 however that did not solve the problem. I then found a blown 56k resistor at R8111 next to the large capacitor on the power supply board. I replaced it and the TV works fine now. I would suggest checking for blown ( open ) resistors at R8110, R8111, R8112, R8113, R8114 as they are in series.
