UN55F6300 and UN55F6800

Senior TV Tech here.

I been seeing more and more of this UN55F6300 and 6800 models come in for repair for picture / power randomly cutting off.

I have not seen this problem happen in front of me at my shop. The two TV's that come in been perfectly running fine for past couple of hours.
The 6800 owner which I only took apart and reseated cables and contacts, took it home and he said again it started to cut off then immediately come back on cycling as soon as he took it home. Brought it back to me and like said still working fine without a glitch.

Anyone come across this problem? experienced this? please let me know. thanks. Kudalskie

maybe his place is cooler temperature than your shop .or maybe hotter .
or he might have a mains electricity problem .

have also heard of people having a joke with remote controls .tell him to cover the infra red receiver with tape .

Problem solved.
Both TV's needed software update. done.
Have not heard back from either owners with any problems.
