    Dell W5001c sound no video

    I am pretty sure I have found the problem. At least one bad capacitor on the Y main. The problem is I can not get the board off of the TV. The thermal pad below the large heatsink's are holding it down and I do not want to break the board removing it. I was hoping someone in the group has a tip on how to remove it or break it free.

      Never mind I figured it out. Took the two buffer boards on then twisted the y main until it broke free.

          Hello friends, I have a question. They brought me this video card, a DELL RTX 3080. They told me that it fell and the impact no longer produced video.
          When trying it, it's as if it wanted to give video but in the end nothing, I already checked voltages etc. everything is as it should, but without video

          My question pertains to understanding the control circuity inside a Dell PT434 type battery used in Dell E6400, E6410 and other Dell notebooks?

          Does anyone have a circuit diagram for the inside of a Dell PT434 battery and/or a description of how the control lines work to control this battery?

          My reason for asking is I have a battery which I cannot get to charge beyond 1% in a Dell E6410 or E6400.
          The LED bar graph charge indicator on the battery shows one LED lighted when the info button is pressed.

          I am facing a strange issue, I don't have any sound over my internal MacBook speakers and also the video won't start. If I change to my head speaker or via HDMI (speaker on my external Display) the sound works over the head speaker or Display and also the video starts (ex. youtube).

          All happened after the battery ran out of power overall several days when I was on vacation.

          I tried to remove the battery and then reconnected the battery, and then the MacBook Pro 14 2021 won't accept any power from my power socket. Then I removed one speaker, connected again the battery...

          Hello, I have dell 3501 MB la-k034p with Sound issue RED cross. No sound device in device manager. In BIOS diagnostic everything passes but no sound tone either in bios test. AUDIO chip is CS42l42 and 3.3v, 1.8v is present. Someone have any idea ? Thanks.
