Found one for 30 bucks and free shipping from another source and it's ordered now just wait and see will update results.

Yeah i believe it was a combination, problem started with the common cap failure on upper right of ps, the guy pushed it till it damaged the main, i really do believe it could've been prevented if he would've had it serviced sooner. I ended up pretty much recapping the power supply except the 2 big ones. So this tv should last long time.
