hello

at work somebody has a tv that does not power up the LED blinks 2 times
when pouching the power button on remote and tv it try,s to power up but fails

what i heard from the owner is he turned the tv on it had display for a few seconds and went off and cant get back on

Was the display the logo? Did he still have backlights?

he told it had the hdmi 1 in the top of the screen

i asked him he told that he got a a gray screen and in the top hdmi 1 (source input)
