Haier LE42B8000 - color image problem

I just bought this new TV and there is strange white shapes appears .. I thought it was the cables and i disconnect all and tried to see a video using usb source and the shapes appears . it isn't permanent some times appears some times the image be clean with no noise or shapes . Samples attached in the thread .

if this is a new tv, it would be easiest to return it for a refund or exchange.
