Samsung BN41-01955A with a short on CPU SEMS29

    Hello,

I have an board from samsung with a short on the CPU due a lightning that came via HDMI signal and broke the 10ohm resistor array and put CPU under a short. I have removed CPU and short has gone.
Is it possible to put a new SEMS29 reflow it and board will work again or chip must be programmed somehow? Can't find the datasheet of the IC

I don't think the chip would have to be programmed
I assume no responsibility for any stupid suggestions I might post.

So the program is inside other ROM chip and not the SEMS29 itself?
As the SEMS29 is hard to find and buy thats why i ask, also can't find a datasheet to confirm...

The SEM29 is a processor. No programming required.
The program is in the TSOP48 and there's a SOIC 8 chip also.
