    Samsung PS-50Q96HD not start

    Good evening, first I apologize for my english I'm an italian technician I have the samsung tv in the object that when I turn it on I hear the relay click, the blinking light flashes 7 and then stays on but the TV does not sound a life of sound No video. Today I tried to do the firmware update and it was only fine that at the end of the TV reboot I made a mistake.



    I wanted to know if something was happening to someone, what a problem it could have and how to get into the service menus to do a hard reset.

    The power supply voltages are correct ... at least they seem ...

    You can try. Info Menu Mute Pwr on your remote but if the set isn't starting.......??

      But there is no program that with the firmware cable can give me an indication of what does not go?

        Have you tried to bring up test patterns. Maybe some pictures of boards
        I assume no responsibility for any stupid suggestions I might post.

          Then the audio works I checked the tensions in the ysus but did not match those dates. I think the problem is ...
          The tensions 17 and 21 that should be lower than the others are the same.
          When I unplug the connector from the other board and leave only the power supply there are no voltages

            On your panel there's a sticker stating voltages Vs/Va/Vsc check those are matching up with your multi meter

                I think the problem is in ysus because tensions 17 and 21 are no less than the others but they are all the same. Where can I find a YSUS used at a good price?
