Good day folks. I thought I'd bring my own little contribution to our community by providing a schematic for a Philips TDA-11135AW CRT chassis. I'm aware not many people are messing with CRTs nowadays, but hey hey, perhaps someone at some point will find myself in my situation when they really need something like this and won't be able to find it. The TVs carrying this board go by MANY different brand names, in my case it's a Ryder. This is actually a friend's TV and when he bought it, for whatever reason, the schematic was included in the package....HUH....you'd never see this happening anymore nowadays: imagine if you bought a Samsung and you'd have the whole bloody service manual inside
It wasn't that long ago either, in fact it was as late as 2012 which is VERY late for CRT IMO ! I wrote a post asking for some help on this board which has some audio buzz coming over the speakers and in doing so, I looked up the schematic myself of course, but could only find a pretty poor quality version which was also split in two halves for a reason I'd soon discover myself. Shortly after, my friend told me he found something that might be the schematic - not online, but a printed version, a "hard copy". I quickly dismissed the idea that he INDEED might have the schematic for such an obscure thing, thinking that there's no way in hell you'd get a diagram along with your product, but told him to snap a picture of it anyway so I can at least get an idea of what he had and sure enough, it was the real deal ! Well damn :| Back at my place, with the hard copy now in my hands, I now understood why the one I found online was split in half: it's too large to fit on a regular scanner in one go, so I thought "OK, let's make a good quality version to hopefully help others" so I scanned the two parts, put them side by side and the end result is what you see here: an enormous almost 9000x6000 picture which maxed out the memory on my poor laptop
Cheers guys, enough chit-chat
