    Hitachi L46VF04U No Sound - From Speakers

    Got this tv, no sound from main speakers but when a headphone is plugged in, I have sound.

    Few place on the web said to reflow u21. Done that but no sound from both speakers. I have no oscilloscope to test. What is likely to cause this. Reset is needed? How?

      Factory reset the Tv in the menu, sorted.

          I was looking for "reset", "restore" etc but never found it! I was under "first time installation" lol. Yea that did it. Thanks.

                  I am facing a strange issue, I don't have any sound over my internal MacBook speakers and also the video won't start. If I change to my head speaker or via HDMI (speaker on my external Display) the sound works over the head speaker or Display and also the video starts (ex. youtube).

                  All happened after the battery ran out of power overall several days when I was on vacation.

                  I tried to remove the battery and then reconnected the battery, and then the MacBook Pro 14 2021 won't accept any power from my power socket. Then I removed one speaker, connected again the battery...

                  so i took out one of my spare gigabyte ep35-ds3r mobos from storage for use to do some cpu, ram and video card testing of stuff i bought from ebay and got for free from momaka. he bought 50 e8400 cpus for cheap from ebay some years ago and i decided to help him relieve him of some of his supply since he had waaaay too many!! what did we say about hoarding too much stuff and depriving others of them?! *cough* socialism *cough* lol!

                  i had to blow some dust off the board and heatsinks with the datavac as i didnt clean it up before putting it in storage. after finishing...

                  I bought used Logitech Z-10 computer speakers. They can act as a USB audio device or accept line input, and they have a headphone output jack. Some music didn't sound right, so I played a frequency sweep and heard other frequencies and beat frequencies between them and the sweep. I uploaded a spectrogram of a frequency sweep.                   Audio Jack on hp-ec1001np detects phones and external speakers but no sound

                  Hello friends, I am having trouble with a hp-ec1001np that detects the headphones or speakers when connected to the jack, but no sound comes out. The normal laptop speakers work fine. Anyone has an idea what it might be? Did a full reinstall of windows, still nothing.

                  Once again I have an issue with old stuff I found for cheap, guess I have a taste for these.


                  I bought these two Telefunken L70 speakers for 20€ (https://www.radiomuseum.org/r/telefu...r_box_l_2.html), and they are in a superb state, component-wise. The box is scratched but I couldn't care less, I'm interested by whether it works or not.

                  They do work, and have a really nice sound, but one of the two has a problem with its 8" woofer. It's got practically no bass, and the mids are really pushed...
